The field of Occupational Medicine and Environmental Health's main focus is on preventative health to ensure the safety of health workers and their families. This is done in collaboration with broad categories of medical surveillance, infection control and illness management, workplace injury and fitness for duty evaluations, domestic and international travel health ensuring healthy outcomes.

While, workers' well being is Enterprise driven however, mental health and substance abuse services are strictly kept confidential and is not communicated to the Employer. These services include and are not limited to Employee Assistant Programs (EAP) and Substance Abuse Programs (SAP).
